Hydrogen-powered bus, Iceland

A hydrogen-fuelled bus in the centre of geothermally-heated Reykjavik. Iceland has ambitions to be powered entirely by renewable energy, thanks to its abundance of geothermal and hydroelectricity resources. This zero-emission fuel cell bus, part of a Europe-wide trial, looks forward to a day when all Icelandic vehicles (and the fishing fleet) run on hydrogen produced by electricity from renewable energy.
